Who We Are

Mission & Ethos

Our Purpose

Globally we spend more years in poor health than at any point in history, and an unhealthy diet is the leading risk factor for illness. We believe in food as medicine. We are a lifestyle brand of longevity, and our offerings intend to be a part of the solution; to defy mortality.

Our Mission

We desire to Inspire Wellness by cultivating a lifestyle for longevity.

Our Vision

To be the premier wellness focused brand in the world — improving the health and lives of our communities through atmosphere, attitude, service, and product.

Our Core: Eat Well, Be Kind.

  • We take pride in our nutrient-rich products, highest quality, and exemplary service
  • We serve only the most fresh and nutritious foods, seeking local and organic sources
  • We treat everyone with respect and foster personal growth

The Name: E+ROSE

E+ROSE is short for Elizabeth + Rosemary — derived from founder Robbie's grandmothers Elizabeth and Rose, and his mother Mary. As Rosemary is the "Herb of Remembrance," the brand is a tribute to three strong-willed women who exemplified hard, honest work and always put others first.

Our Ethos
01
Hardworking & Accountable
We work diligently, take responsibility for our actions, and deliver on our promises.
02
Selfless & Kind
We prioritize the well-being of others and treat everyone with kindness and respect.
03
Mission-Driven & Prideful
We take pride in our work and strive to make a positive impact through every product we serve.

Every product must contain every single ingredient as listed in its original recipe. We do not serve items that are missing any ingredients, regardless of the circumstances.

2. No Shortcuts

Shortcuts in preparation, substitution of ingredients without authorization, or any deviation from established recipes are strictly prohibited.

3. Customer Trust

Short-handing customers is a violation of our core values and erodes the trust our entire brand is built on.

Your Accountability

  • Know all recipes and ingredient lists
  • Communicate promptly with supervisors about any ingredient availability issues
  • Immediately notify supervisors of any vendor substitution or non-delivery
  • Report non-compliance to your supervisor or through the anonymous reporting system

Scheduling & Time

Arrive 5 minutes early in full uniform and ready to work. Don't clock in then handle personal tasks. 4 late arrivals in a 60-day period likely ends employment. 15+ minutes late without notifying the store counts as two lates and requires a disciplinary meeting.
Notify your manager at least 18 hours before your shift. Call the store first, then call/text the Manager's cell. A doctor's note is required for illness causing more than 1 missed day.
You are responsible for finding coverage. Swap or drop via Sling, then notify your Manager for approval. It is not the Manager's responsibility to cover your shift.
Submit all requests at least 21 days in advance via Sling. Less than 3 weeks' notice will likely not be approved. Weekend and holiday availability is a condition of employment.
30-minute unpaid break required when working over 6 consecutive hours. Paid bi-weekly on Fridays for the two-week period ending the prior Sunday. Set up direct deposit through Toast.
